Procedures - Applying Student

Please note that as of the academic year 2008/2009 the number of applications by third country students must be limited to three Erasmus Mundus Masters Courses maximum according to the latest Call for Proposals (EACEA/07/07). In the eventual case that a student applies for more than three EM Courses one will be excluded from the selection for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship.

You should first register by filling out and submitting the online Application Form or by downloading and completing the MS Word version and forwarding it to the e-mail address: sefotechnut@kahosl.be by the deadline.

After submitting your electronic version of the application form you should print it out, sign, and attach with hard copies of the required supporting documents listed below.

List of supporting documents:

  • dated and signed application form
  • full curriculum vitae (also electronically via e-mail)
  • proof of nationality (copy of passport)
  • certified and translated copies of transcripts and degree certificates proving academic level
  • proof of English language proficiency (see the application form for approved English tests)
  • at least two reference letters enclosed in envelopes sealed and signed by the referees (at least one of the referee has to come from original university)

 

All annexes,  transcripts, certificates and degree documents have to be certified, translated into English and sent by post to the address mentioned below by the deadline.
