European MSc Degree in
Food Science, Technology and Nutrition

ATTENTION: The 2010 course of SEFOTECH.NUT selected in the framework of ERASMUS MUNDUS II starts with compulsory modules in Dublin Institute of Technology and KaHo Sint-Lieven, followed by optional modules, professional competence module and Master thesis work offered by the four European consortium partners. Additionally part of the course can be completed in one of the five associated non-European member institutions.

Target groups - Students

The Master course is planned for graduates intending to follow or develop their careers in food science, technology, nutrition as related to food production, health, and allied areas.

Certain modules will also be available to suitably qualified persons and to persons undertaking Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in the workplace, who wish to gain new insights and knowledge. On successful completion of each module selected ECTS credits will be awarded.

Non-EU students as well as EU students may apply for an Erasmus Mundus grant - category A and category B, respectively. Accession countries are considered as EU.

 
This European MSc. degree programme has been selected under the Erasmus Mundus II framework for five consecutive course editions for the period 2010-2014 (agreement no. 2010-0115).
