European MSc Degree in
Food Science, Technology and Nutrition

ATTENTION: The 2011 course of SEFOTECH.NUT selected in the framework of ERASMUS MUNDUS II starts with compulsory modules in Dublin Institute of Technology and KaHo Sint-Lieven, followed by optional modules, professional competence module and Master thesis work offered by the four European consortium partners. Additionally part of the course can be completed in one of the five associated non-European member institutions.

Requirements - Scholars
(tutors and/or researchers)

The applicants should have a PhD in Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or related area, teaching and research experience. A good command of English is an essential factor as the language of instruction in SEFOTECH NUT programme is English.

Non-EU as well as EU scholars can apply for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for a teaching/research period of maximally 3 months.

This European MSc. degree programme has been selected under the Erasmus Mundus II framework for five consecutive course editions for the period 2010-2014 (agreement no. 2010-0115).
