Under Erasmus
Mundus II framework there will be
student grants
awarded either for non-EU (category A) as well as for EU nationals
(category B).
The category A
student grants are composed of:

2,000 euro per
semester as a contribution to travel, installation and any other
type of costs
-
4,000 euro per
semester as a contribution to the EMMC participation costs
(tuition fee, insurance coverage, etc.)

1,000 euro per
month as a monthly allowance per month of study
For the course
commencing in the academic year of 2010 a total value of the Erasmus
Mundus category A grant for entire study period of 22 months will
amount to 46,000 euro.
The category B
student grants are composed of:

3,000 euro for
the whole study period as a contribution to travel, installation
and any other type of costs but only if the EMMC includes a
mobility period to a Third-Country associated member
institution
-
2,000 euro per
semester as a contribution to the EMMC participation costs
(tuition fee, etc.)

500 euro per
month as a monthly allowance per month of study
For the course
commencing in the academic year of 2010 a total value of the Erasmus
Mundus category B grant for entire study period of 22 months can
amount to 22,000 euro (if mobility to a Third-Country has been
undertaken).
